Potty Training

I’m getting better with this blogging stuff :) 

One day, Nathan was constipated and so we thought it would be a perfect time to introduce the toilet.  So we put him on the toilet and he was crying and fighting with us because he didn’t want to sit on it.  After he pooped in the toilet, he was all smiles again.  I have to say that potty training is hard work, but when they are ready they are ready.  That’s what happened with Lucas.  For the longest time he would only pee, but not poop in the toilet.  Out of the blue one day he said, “I want to poop in the toilet”.  Jan and I were so excited..no more diapers for Lucas!!  It’s not cute anymore when they are big.  I hope Nathan will potty train faster with Lucas around.  They say that the second child learns faster from the other siblings..  we’ll see :)

    One day Nathan will look back and read this Blog and say “Gosh mom you had to tell them that I was constipated?” hahaha

    Hahahah! I know he’ll kill me when he’s older, but he’s so cute now…couldnt’ resist :)
